Had a truly wonderful experience at the Delta Airlines Manchester Office last week. I had an urgent requirement to rebook a flight due to a family crisis, and I wasn't getting much assistance over the phone. I went in person, and I'm so glad that I did. The staff were extremely sympathetic and acted very swiftly to assist me. One of the representatives, whose name I think was Sarah, went the extra mile in explaining my choices to me and even went the extra mile to waive the rebooking fee when she heard what was going on. The office was not all that busy, and I had to wait for only 15 minutes. What impressed me the most was their ability to listen. I felt no pressure, and all my questions were explained thoroughly. It's not common these days to see such customer service on the human level, much less in airline offices which tend to be overcrowded and frenetic.
